Annotatsiya: Maqolada oliy ta’limda guruhiy treningni tashkil etish va o‘tkazishning uslubiy shartlari nazariy tahlil qilinadi. Guruh dinamikasi, tajriba orqali o‘rganish, psixologik xavfsizlik hamda ko‘nikmalarni kundalik faoliyatga ko‘chirish yondashuvlari umumlashtiriladi. Ehtiyojni aniqlash, maqsadni belgilash, guruh qoidalarini kelishish, faol mashq, qayta aloqa va refleksiyaning izchilligi asoslanadi. Talabalar uchun 90 daqiqalik mashg‘ulot namunasi va baholash mezonlari taklif etiladi. Ish nazariy-uslubiy sharh bo‘lib, empirik tajriba natijalarini ifodalamaydi.
