Abstract

Annotatsiya.Yallig‘lanishga qarshi preparatlarning keng qo‘llanilishi, bir vaqtning o‘zida bir nechta dori vositalarini buyurish va uzoq muddatli farmakoterapiya sharoitida dori vositalarining qalqonsimon bezga ta’sirini o‘rganish patologik anatomiya va eksperimental morfologiyaning dolzarb yo‘nalishlaridan biridir. Polipragmaziya bir nechta dori vositalarining bir vaqtda qo‘llanishi bilan tavsiflanadi va bunday sharoitda preparatlarning alohida hamda kombinatsiyalangan ta’sirini farqlash muhim hisoblanadi . Dori vositalarining qalqonsimon bezga ta’siri gormonlarning sintezi, transporti, metabolizmi va gipotalamus–gipofiz–qalqonsimon bez o‘qi faoliyatining o‘zgarishi orqali namoyon bo‘lishi mumkin. Nosteroid yallig‘lanishga qarshi preparatlar (NYaQP), xususan, diclofenac va celecoxib bilan bog‘liq eksperimental tadqiqotlarda qalqonsimon bez to‘qimasining gistologik o‘zgarishlari qayd etilgan. Ushbu sharhda qalqonsimon bezning normal morfologik tuzilishi, NYaQP va glyukokortikoidlarning tireoid to‘qimaga ta’siri, morfometrik ko‘rsatkichlar, yallig‘lanish, oksidlovchi stress, apoptoz va immunogistokimyoviy markerlarning ahamiyati tahlil qilindi. Mavjud dalillar yallig‘lanishga qarshi preparatlar bilan polipragmaziya sharoitida qalqonsimon bezning morfologik va immunogistokimyoviy holatini kompleks o‘rganish zarurligini ko‘rsatadi.
