Abstract

ANNOTATSIYA 
Ushbu  maqolada  stressning  inson  organizmi  fiziologik  faoliyatiga  ta’siri, 
stressga javoban yuzaga keladigan neyroendokrin o‘zgarishlar hamda yurak-qon tomir 
tizimidagi  fiziologik  reaksiyalar  yoritilgan.  Stress  vaqtida  asab  va  endokrin 
tizimlarning  o‘zaro  faoliyati,  gipotalamus-gipofiz-buyrak  usti  bezi  tizimining 
faollashuvi  va  kortizol  kabi  gormonlarning  organizm  faoliyatidagi  ahamiyati  tahlil 
qilinadi. Shuningdek, uzoq davom etuvchi stressning yurak urishi, arterial bosim va 
umumiy  homeostazga  ta’siri  haqida  ma’lumotlar  keltirilgan.  Maqolada  stressga 
moslashish mexanizmlari va uning oldini olishda sog‘lom turmush tarzining fiziologik 
ahamiyati ham ko‘rib chiqiladi.
