Annotatsiya. Maqsad — nevrologiya boʻlimida ishlovchi tibbiyot xodimlarida
kasbiy stress bilan bemor bilan muloqot sifati oʻrtasidagi bogʻliqlikni aniqlash.
Metodlar — ikki oylik kuzatuvda 120 nafar xodim tekshirildi; ular orasida 60 nafar
pastroq stressli va 60 nafar yuqoriroq stressli guruh mavjud edi. Baholashda kasbiy
zoʻriqish darajasi, bemor bilan kommunikativ sifat hamda ish smenasiga bogʻliq
yuklama qayd etildi; maʼlumotlar tavsifiy statistika, parametrik boʻlmagan taqqoslash
testlari va korrelyatsion tahlil orqali ishlov berildi. Natijalar — stress ballari yuqori
boʻlgan xodimlarda bemor bilan muloqot sifati ancha pasaygan, guruhlar orasidagi farq
p=0,004 va p<0,006 darajasida ishonchli chiqdi. Kasbiy stress bilan kommunikativ
sifat oʻrtasida ijobiy yoʻnalishdagi emas, balki salbiy bogʻliqlik aniqlandi,
korrelyatsiya r=0,31 va tushuntirilgan dispersiya R²=0,37 bilan ifodalandi. Natijalar
nevrologik amaliyotda emotsional charchash kuchaygan sari bemor bilan suhbatning
aniqligi, tinglash sabri va axborot uzatish barqarorligi pasayishini koʻrsatdi. Xulosa —
kasbiy stressni kamaytirish bemor bilan muloqot sifatini saqlashga xizmat qiladi; ilmiy
hissa sifatida nevrologiya boʻlimlari uchun kommunikativ xavfni erta aniqlashga
moʻljallangan baholash yoʻnalishi taklif qilindi.
