Maqolada O‘zbekistonning 2025–2026-yillardagi terminologik siyosati raqamli
suverenitet, semantik o‘zaro ishlash va sun’iy intellekt davridagi bilimlar iqtisodiyoti
nuqtai nazaridan tahlil qilinadi. Atamalar komissiyasining so‘nggi tavsiyalari ISO 704,
W3C semantik veb standartlari va Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) mezonlari
asosida baholandi. Tadqiqot shuni ko‘rsatadiki, xalqaro muomaladagi atamalarni
sun’iy neologizmlar bilan almashtirish kognitiv, iqtisodiy va xavfsizlik bilan bog‘liq
tizimli risklarni yuzaga keltiradi. Muallif dalillarga asoslangan terminologik boshqaruv
modelini va Odam Tili nazariyasi asosida amaliy yechimlarni taklif etadi.
