Annotatsiya. Maqolada tireoid gormonlar disbalansi sharoitida sut bezida
yuzaga keladigan fibroz-kistoz o‘zgarishlarning morfologik va patogenetik
xususiyatlari tahlil qilingan. Sut bezi gormonga sezgir a’zo sifatida tireoid gormonlar,
estrogen, progesteron, prolaktin hamda mahalliy o‘sish omillarining o‘zaro ta’siri
ostida faoliyat ko‘rsatadi. Tireoid funksiyaning buzilishi sut bezi epitelial-stromal
tizimining gormonal javobini o‘zgartirib, terminal duktal-lobulyar birliklarda kistoz
kengayish, stromal fibroz, adenoz, epitelial giperplaziya va apokrin metaplaziya kabi
morfologik holatlarning shakllanishiga ko‘maklashishi mumkin.
