Abstract

Abstract.    Time  management  has  become  an  important  factor  influencing
students’  academic  success  in  modern  education.  This  paper  examines  the  role  of
effective  time  management  skills  in  improving  students’  learning  outcomes  and
reducing academic stress. It discusses how planning, prioritization, self-discipline, and
organization of daily activities contribute to better academic performance. The paper
also highlights common challenges that prevent students from  managing their time
effectively, including procrastination, lack of planning, and digital distractions. Based
on previous research, the study emphasizes that developing time management skills
helps  students  achieve  their  educational goals, maintain  a  healthy  balance between
academic  and  personal  responsibilities,  and  prepare  for  future  professional
development.
