Abstract

Annotatsiya 
Tuxumdon  polikistoz  sindromi  (TPKS)  reproduktiv  yoshdagi  ayollar  orasida 
eng  ko‘p  uchraydigan  endokrin-metabolik  kasalliklardan  biri  bo‘lib,  ko‘pincha 
o‘smirlik  davrida  shakllana  boshlaydi.  Sindrom  giperandrogenemiya,  ovulyatsiya 
buzilishi  va  tuxumdonlarning  polikistik  morfologiyasi  bilan  tavsiflanadi.  So‘nggi 
yillarda  TPKS  rivojlanishida  genetik  moyillik,  insulin  rezistentligi,  gormonal 
disbalans,  surunkali  past  darajadagi  yallig‘lanish,  oksidlovchi  stress  hamda  ichak 
mikrobiotasi  o‘zgarishlarining  o‘zaro  bog‘liq  roli  aniqlanmoqda.  O‘smirlik  davrida 
gipotalamus–gipofiz–tuxumdon o‘qining yetilish jarayoni davom etayotganligi sababli 
ushbu davrda sindromni tashxislash va patogenetik mexanizmlarini tushunish alohida 
ahamiyatga ega. Mazkur maqolada o‘smir qizlarda tuxumdon polikistoz sindromining 
rivojlanish mexanizmlari,  molekulyar va endokrin asoslari hamda zamonaviy ilmiy 
qarashlar tahlil qilingan.
