Abstract

ANNOTATSIYA
Surunkali atrofik gastrit (SAG) Helicobacter pylori (H. pylori) infeksiyasi bilan
chambarchas  bog'liq  bo'lib,  oshqozon  shilliq  qavatining  atrofiyasi  va/yoki  ichak
metaplaziyasi  (IM)  bilan  tavsiflanadi.  SAG  ko'pincha  oshqozon  saratonining
prekanseroz  holati sifatida  qaraladi:  H.  pylori  infeksiyasi  Interleykin-8  (IL-8)  kabi
yallig'lanish  omillarini  ishlab  chiqarish  orqali  oshqozon  shilliq  qavatiga  uzoq
muddatli  ta'sir  ko'rsatib,  atrofiya  va  IM  rivojlanishini  hamda  oshqozon  saratoni
progressiyasini kuchaytiradi. Molekulyar biologiya nuqtai nazaridan, tobora ko'payib
borayotgan dalillar H. pylori ning SAGdan oshqozon saratoniga o'tishida NF-κB, miR-
204,  miR-27a,  hnRNPA2B1  va  JARID1B  ifodalanishini  o'zgartirishda  muhim  rol
o'ynashini  ko'rsatmoqda.  Bundan  tashqari,  H.  pylori  Epstein-Barr  virusi  (EBV)
infeksiyasini kuchaytirishi va birgalikdagi infeksiya oshqozon saratoni xavfini yanada
oshirishi  mumkin.  Shuningdek,  H.  pylori  hujayra  qarishini  (keksayishini)  keltirib
chiqaradi, bu esa atrofiya progressiyasini tezlashtirib, oxir-oqibat oshqozon saratoni
xavfini  oshiradi.  Ushbu  sharhda  H.  pylori  bilan  bog'liq  SAGning  saraton  keltirib
chiqarish mexanizmlari, shuningdek oshqozon saratonini erta aniqlash va oldini olish
uchun nazariy asos yoritib berilgan.
