This article analyzes the clinical stages, safety measures, and physiological
period-based approaches to treating dental and periodontal diseases in pregnant
women. The study highlights permissible dental procedures in each trimester, the
medications used, and the impact of anesthetics on fetal development. Furthermore,
the article scientifically substantiates the risks posed by maternal infection foci to fetal
health and emphasizes the importance of preventive measures.
