Artificial Intelligence (AI) has rapidly become an influential tool in modern
education, transforming traditional teaching methods and creating new possibilities for
personalized learning. In the field of English language teaching (ELT), AI offers
innovative solutions for improving students’ language skills, enhancing teacher
efficiency, and making learning more accessible. However, alongside these
opportunities, AI also presents several challenges, including ethical concerns,
technological limitations, and the potential reduction of human interaction in the
learning process. This article explores the opportunities and challenges of integrating
artificial intelligence into English language teaching.
