SUBKLINIK GIPOTIREOZLI BEMORLARDA NEVROLOGIK BUZILISHLARNING UCHRASH CHASTOTASI, TURLARI VA OG‘IRLIK DARAJASI

Olingan natijalar subklinik gipotireozni o‘z vaqtida aniqlash va nevrologik asoratlarni profilaktika qilishda tireoid gormonal muvozanatni monitoring qilishning muhimligini tasdiqlaydi.

Abstract

Ushbu ilmiy tadqiqot subklinik gipotireoz (SG) ga chalingan bemorlarda 
nevrologik buzilishlarning uchrash chastotasi, sifat tarkibi va klinik og‘irlik darajasini 
kompleks baholashga bag‘ishlangan. Tadqiqot 2023–2025 yillar davomida Respublika 
Ixtisoslashtirilgan Endokrinologiya Ilmiy-Amaliy Tibbiyot Markazi Farg‘ona filialida 
amalga oshirildi. Asosiy guruhga tireoid stimullovchi gormon (TSG) darajasi 4,5–10,0 
mIU/L oralig‘ida bo‘lgan, erkin T4 (fT4) esa me’yor doirasida saqlanib qolgan 125 
nafar bemor kiritildi; nazorat guruhini 67 nafar sog‘lom shaxs tashkil etdi.
