Abstract

Interactive techniques in English language teaching play an essential role in
developing learners’ communicative competence. These techniques encourage
students to actively participate in the learning process through communication,
cooperation, and real-life language use. Unlike traditional teacher-centered methods,
interactive techniques focus on student participation and meaningful interaction. This
paper discusses the main types of interactive techniques, their benefits, and their
importance in improving speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills. The findings
show that interactive learning increases motivation, engagement, and language fluency
among learners.
