Gaymorit (maksiller sinusit) — burun bo'shlig'i atrofidagi maksiller
sinuslarning yallig'lanish kasalligi bo'lib, dunyo bo'ylab eng ko'p uchraydigan yuqori
nafas yo'llari patologiyalaridan biri hisoblanadi. Mazkur maqolada gaymoritni
tashxislashda rentgenologik tekshiruvning tutgan o'rni, klinik ahamiyati, turli
proyeksiyalardagi rentgenografiya usullari va ularning CT skanerlash bilan qiyosiy
tahlili yoritilgan. Tadqiqotda 120 nafar bemor ishtirok etib, ularning barchasi klinik
ko'rik, rentgenografiya (Waters va Caldwell proyeksiyalari) va kompyuter
tomografiyasi (CT) bilan tekshirilgan. Rentgenografiyaning maksiller sinusitni
aniqlashdagi sezgirligi 89.2%, xususiylik ko'rsatkichi 87.0% ni tashkil etgan. Havo
suyuqlik satxi va to'liq qorayish belgilari rentgenogrammalarda kuzatilganda CT bilan
tasdiqlash darajasi 100% ga teng bo'lgan. Natijalar shuni ko'rsatdiki, rentgenografiya,
ayniqsa Waters proyeksiyasi, birlamchi skrining usuli sifatida yuqori diagnostik
qiymatga ega. Biroq CT skanerlash murakkab hollarda, ayniqsa etmoid, frontal va
