Human Resource Planning (HRP) serves as the strategic bridge
connecting overall organizational goals with workforce execution. However,
traditional HRP approaches often fail during implementation due to static forecasting
methods, linear processes, and a disconnect between HR insights and day-to-day
operational decisions. This paper proposes an Integrated Dynamic Human Resource
Planning Framework (ID-HRPF) designed to enhance both the analytical accuracy of
workforce forecasting and the agility of practical execution.
