Teachers play a crucial role in creating an effective English
learning environment. Their responsibilities extend beyond delivering lessons to
motivating learners, encouraging active participation, and creating a supportive and
positive classroom atmosphere. This article examines the role of teachers in
developing students’ language skills and improving their motivation to learn English.
It also discusses the importance of using learner-centered methods, interactive
activities, effective communication, and appropriate feedback. The article argues that
a supportive learning environment can increase students’ confidence, engagement, and
willingness to use English in real-life situations. Therefore, teachers’ professional
skills, creativity, and ability to understand learners’ needs are important for achieving
successful

outcomes.
