Abstract

Cardiovascular diseases are among the most common diseases and
represent a serious threat to human health. Early detection and timely treatment of
these diseases are important for preventing complications. This article discusses the
importance of clinical examination in cardiovascular diseases, including history
taking, general physical examination, assessment of blood pressure and pulse,
palpation, percussion, and auscultation of the heart. The importance of evaluating
clinical examination findings together with electrocardiography and laboratory and
instrumental investigations is also considered. Proper and systematic use of clinical
examination methods allows pathological changes in the cardiovascular system to be
detected at an early stage, the severity of the disease to be assessed, and further
diagnostic strategies to be determined. The article analyzes the diagnostic value of
clinical examination and its role in the early detection of cardiovascular diseases in
modern medical practice.
