The integration of digital technologies into foreign language
education has changed the organization, content, and management of the learning
process. Online learning platforms have become increasingly relevant to German
language education because they allow teachers to organize learning activities in a
flexible digital environment and provide students with access to language resources
beyond the physical classroom. This article examines the role of online learning
platforms in teaching German from the perspective of curriculum organization, student
participation, digital collaboration, feedback, learning management, and the use of
authentic German-language resources.
