. This article analyzes the European Union’s 2019 strategy for Central
Asia and its impact on regional dynamics. As a major global actor, the European
Union has increased its engagement in the region due to its strategic importance. The
study examines key areas of cooperation, including security, economic development,
and environmental sustainability.
