Ushbu maqolada lazer nurlanishining fizik va metrologik
xususiyatlarini aniqlashda qo‘llaniladigan zamonaviy ilmiy o‘lchash tizimlari hamda
ularning texnik tavsiflari tahlil qilingan. Tadqiqotda lazer quvvati va energiyasini
o‘lchash uchun termoelektrik (termopilar) va fotodiod datchiklarning ishlash
prinsiplari, shuningdek, to‘lqin uzunligi va spektral tarkibni aniqlashda yuqori
aniqlikdagi Ocean Optics va Thorlabs spektrometrlari hamda FTIR usulining
samaradorligi ko‘rsatib o‘tilgan. Maqolada lazer nurlanishining kogerentlik
xususiyatlarini Michelson interferometri yordamida baholash va biologik to‘qimalarga
ta’sirini o‘rganishning eksperimental metodikasi batafsil bayon etilgan. Shuning bilan
birga, biologik namunalarda nurning yutilishi, o‘tishi hamda termik javob reaksiyasini
(harorat ortishi, energiya va quvvat zichligi) Buger-Lambert-Beer va optika
qonuniyatlari asosida hisoblash sxemalari va formulalari taqdim etilgan.
