Ushbu maqolada zanjabil (Zingiber officinale) o'simligining
kimyoviy tarkibi, uning asosiy bioaktiv birikmalarining (gingerol, shogaol, paradol va
efir moylari) xossalari batafsil tahlil qilingan. Xomashyoni chuqur qayta ishlash
jarayonida faol moddalarni maksimal darajada ajratib olish va ularning parchalanishini
oldini olish uchun an'anaviy (maseratsiya, Sokslet apparati) va zamonaviy
(ultratovushli kavitatsiya, superkritik CO2) ekstraksiya usullarining mexanizmlari
hamda samaradorligi qiyosiy o'rganildi. Shuningdek, ekstraktlar sifatini
standartlashtirishda yuqori samarali suyuqlik xromatografiyasi (HPLC) usulining
analitik imkoniyatlari ko'rib chiqilgan bo'lib, kelajakda turli o'simliklar xomashyolari
asosida yangi shifobaxsh tovarlar olish istiqbollari belgilangan.
