Abstract

The Babur Empire is one of the largest states that emerged in India at the 
beginning of the 16th century. Its founder was Zahiruddin Muhammad Babur, a 
descendant of Amir Timur, who first tried to rule the territories of Transoxiana 
and Afghanistan.
