DORILARGA CHIDAMLI TUBERKULYOZDA LABORATOR O‘ZGARISHLAR

Jahon sog‘liqni saqlash tashkiloti (JSST) ma’lumotlariga ko‘ra, 2022 yilda rifampitsin va izoniazidga chidamli, ya’ni ko‘p doriga chidamli tuberkulyoz (KDChTB) holatlari 450 000 dan oshgan. Keng doriga chidamli (KDChTB) va birlamchi keng doriga chidamlilik (OKDChTB) shakllari davolash muvaffaqiyatini keskin kamaytirmoqda.Abstract
Dori̇ larga chidamli tuberkulyoz (DChTB) global sog‘liqni saqlash
muammosi bo‘lib, uning laborator ko‘rsatkichlaridagi o‘zgarishlar kasallikning
kechishi, davoga javobi va prognozini baholashda muhim ahamiyatga ega. Ushbu
maqolada DChTBda kuzatiladigan gematologik, immunologik, biofizik va
molekulyar-genetik laborator o‘zgarishlar tizimli ravishda tahlil qilinadi. Maqola
IMRAD formatida tuzilgan bo‘lib, so‘nggi 5 yil ichida nashr etilgan 12 ta ilmiy
manbaga asoslangan adabiyotlar sharhini o‘z ichiga oladi.
