Keywords:

to improve the quality of electrical energy in 0.4 kV distribution networks, reduce environmental carbon emissions from hydrocarbon energy sources, enhance the energy security of autonomous power supply systems by increasing the contribution of renewable energy resources to the energy balance, and reduce the cost of generated electrical energy through the transition from alternating current to direct current.

Abstract

of this research is driven by the need to expand the range of
autonomous power supply systems, particularly photovoltaic systems, within the
framework of the government resolution related to Russia’s ratification of the Paris
Climate Agreement on September 23, 2019. Direct current power supply systems
incorporating renewable energy sources for decentralized consumers can become a
preferable alternative to alternating current systems, provided that they meet most of
the obligations of the Paris Climate Agreement as well as the requirements for
enhancing energy security.
