Abstract

Mazkur annotatsiyada Klebsiella pneumoniae bakteriyasining zotiljam kasalligi 
rivojlanishidagi 
etiologik 
va 
patogenetik 
ahamiyati yoritilgan. Mazkur 
mikroorganizmlar grammanfiy, kapsulaga ega bo‘lgan opportunistik patogenlar 
hisoblanadi. Ular asosan immuniteti pasaygan shaxslarda, surunkali kasalliklarga 
chalingan bemorlarda hamda statsionar sharoitda davolanayotganlarda og‘ir 
pnevmoniyani chaqiradi. Klebsiella pneumoniae nafas yo‘llariga tushgach, o‘pkada 
yallig‘lanish jarayonini rivojlantiradi va alveolyar to‘qimalarning shikastlanishiga olib 
keladi. Bakteriyaning qalin polisaxarid kapsulasi uning fagotsitozga chidamliligini 
oshirib, infeksiyaning tez tarqalishiga sabab bo‘ladi. Ushbu mikroorganizm chaqirgan 
zotiljam ko‘pincha o‘tkir kechishi, yuqori isitma, intoksikatsiya va nafas 
yetishmovchiligi bilan namoyon bo‘ladi. Klinik jihatdan og‘ir asoratlar, jumladan 
o‘pka abssessi va sepsis rivojlanishi mumkin. So‘nggi yillarda antibiotiklarga chidamli 
shtammlarning ko‘payishi davolash jarayonini murakkablashtirmoqda. Ayniqsa 
karbapenemlarga rezistent shakllar tibbiyot uchun jiddiy muammo hisoblanadi. 
Kasallikni erta aniqlash uchun mikrobiologik diagnostika muhim o‘rin tutadi. Balg‘am 
ekmasi va antibiotiklarga sezuvchanlikni aniqlash samarali davolash tanlashga yordam 
beradi. Profilaktikada sanitariya-gigiyena qoidalariga rioya qilish muhimdir.
