Annotatsiya: Koxlear implantatsiya og'ir va chuqur sensonevral eshitish buzilishi bor bolalarda eshitish idrokini tiklashning eng samarali usullaridan biri hisoblanadi, biroq uning natijasi faqat jarrohlik muvaffaqiyatiga emas, balki operatsiyagacha va operatsiyadan keyingi surdopedagogik korreksion ishlarning sifati va izchilligiga bog'liq. Maqolada xalqaro tadqiqotlar va rus tilidagi surdopedagogika maktabi tajribasi asosida koxlear implantli bolalar bilan olib boriladigan korreksion-rivojlantiruvchi ishlarning bosqichlari tahlil qilinadi: operatsiyagacha pedagogik baholash, eshitish apparatlari bilan sinov davri, ota-onalarni tayyorlash; implantni yoqish (faollashtirish) davri; operatsiyadan keyingi eshitish idrokini, og'zaki nutqni va til kompetensiyasini rivojlantirish; bolani ta'lim muhitiga integratsiya qilish. Maqola oxirida ish samaradorligini baholash vositalari va surdopedagog uchun amaliy tavsiyalar keltiriladi.
