Abstract. This article examines the effectiveness and challenges of using artificial intelligence (AI) technologies in the modern educational process. The development of digital technologies has created new opportunities to improve teaching quality, personalize learning, and increase student engagement. Artificial intelligence supports adaptive learning, automated assessment, interactive educational resources, and the analysis of students’ academic performance. At the same time, its implementation presents several challenges, including data privacy, technological inequality, ethical concerns, and excessive dependence on digital tools. The article highlights the importance of integrating AI into education through a balanced approach that combines technological innovation with teachers’ professional expertise and students’ independent thinking.
