Abstract

Abstract. This article examines how historical consciousness, national spirituality, the fate of the people, and spiritual values are artistically represented in the works of Tolepbergen Qayipbergenov, a People’s Writer of Karakalpakstan. Rather than merely recounting historical events, the writer reveals the people’s lived experience, spiritual values, and national traditions through literary imagery. Drawing on the trilogy “Karakalpak Dastan” and the novel-essay “Karakalpaknama,” the article explores the relationship between historical memory and the writer’s artistic vision.
