Maqsad. Karpal tunnel sindromining (KTS) patomorfologik va epidemiologik xususiyatlarini umumlashtirish, klinik klassifikatsiyalar, diagnostik mezonlar hamda laborator-instrumental usullarning kasallik og‘irligini baholashdagi o‘rnini tahlil qilish.
Material va usullar. Tanlangan monografiya boblari, klinik qo‘llanmalar, ekspert konsensusi va original tadqiqotlar asosida narrativ sharh bajarildi. Manbalar nomi, DOI va bibliografik havolalar bo‘yicha maqsadli tekshirildi. Diagnostik ehtimol, simptomlar og‘irligi, funksional cheklanish va elektrofiziologik darajalar alohida solishtirildi, yangi meta-tahlil o‘tkazilmadi.
Natijalar. KTS kelib chiqishida mexanik kompressiya, mikrosirkulyatsiya buzilishi, mielin zararlanishi va subsinovial fibroz kabi patologik omillar o‘zaro bog‘liq. Epidemiologik baholar populyatsiya hamda tashxis mezoniga qarab farqlanadi. Etiologik va klinik shakllarni elektrofiziologik og‘irlik bilan tenglashtirish mumkin emas. CTS-6 tashxis ehtimolini, Boston so‘rovnomasi simptomlar va funksional cheklanishni tavsiflaydi. Bland va Padua klassifikatsiyalari sensor-motor o‘tkazuvchanlikka asoslanadi, biroq ularning darajalari to‘liq mos kelmaydi. Nerv ultratovush tekshiruvi morfologik o‘zgarish va ikkilamchi kompressiya sabablarini aniqlaydi, ko‘ndalang kesim yuzasining diagnostik chegaralari universal og‘irlik bosqichlari hisoblanmaydi. Laborator tahlillar tegishli tizimli kasalliklarni izlash uchun qo‘llanadi. Professional tavsiyalarda instrumental tekshiruvni qo‘llash ko‘lami bir xil emas.
Xulosa. KTSni baholashda klinik tashxis, bemor bildirgan cheklanish va obyektiv nerv zararlanishi ajratilishi zarur. Diagnostik xulosada usul, mezon va klassifikatsiya nomi ko‘rsatilishi kerak. ENMG va UTT funksional hamda anatomik ma’lumotlarni bir-birini to‘ldiruvchi tarzda beradi, laborator yoki sonografik ko‘rsatkichlardan tasdiqlanmagan yangi darajalar chiqarilmasligi lozim.
