Аннотация: Основные барьеры пероральной доставки инсулина — деградация в желудке и кишечные барьеры — преодолеваются с помощью хитозановых наночастиц. В данной аналитической статье на основе литературных данных анализируется сравнительная гликемическая эффективность и фармакокинетика пероральных инсулиновых систем на основе хитозана в сопоставлении с подкожным инсулином на модели экспериментального диабета, индуцированного аллоксаном. Результаты создают методическую основу для проекта сравнительного исследования.
