KALSIY YETISHMOVCHILIGINING OG’IZ BO’SHLIG’I TO’QIMALARI VA PERIODONTAL HOLATGA TA’SIRI

Annotatsiya: Mazkur maqolada kalsiy almashinuvining buzilishi va organizmda kalsiy yetishmovchiligining og‘iz bo‘shlig‘i, tish qattiq to‘qimalari, alveolyar suyak hamda periodontal to‘qimalar holatiga ta’siri tahlil qilingan. Kalsiy organizmdagi mineral almashinuvning asosiy komponentlaridan biri bo‘lib, suyak va tish to‘qimalarining mineralizatsiyasi, alveolyar suyakning strukturaviy barqarorligi hamda periodontal apparatning normal faoliyatida muhim ahamiyatga ega. Zamonaviy ilmiy adabiyotlarda kalsiy iste’molining yetarli darajada bo‘lmasligi periodontal kasalliklar xavfining ortishi bilan bog‘liq bo‘lishi mumkinligi ko‘rsatilgan. Ayrim epidemiologik tadqiqotlarda kalsiy iste’moli yuqori bo‘lgan guruhlarda periodontitning tarqalishi pastroq bo‘lgan, biroq mavjud ma’lumotlar sabab-oqibat munosabatini to‘liq tasdiqlash uchun yetarli emas. Shuningdek, kalsiy va D vitamini o‘zaro bog‘liq holda suyak metabolizmi va periodontal to‘qimalar holatiga ta’sir qilishi qayd etilgan. Maqolada kalsiy yetishmovchiligining patofiziologik mexanizmlari, og‘iz bo‘shlig‘idagi klinik ahamiyati, periodontal kasalliklar bilan aloqasi va profilaktik yondashuvlar yoritilgan.
