Abstract

Annotatsiya: Qizamiq dunyo bo'ylab keng tarqalgan, yuqori yuqumlilik xususiyatiga ega bo'lgan o’tkir virusli infeksion kasallik hisoblanadi. So'nggi yillarda kattalar orasida qizamiq bilan kasallanish holatlarining ortishi ushbu muammoning dolzarbligini yanada oshirmoqda. Mazkur maqolada kattalarda qizamiq infeksiyasining klinik kechishi, laborator diagnostikasi hamda uchrashi mumkin bo'lgan asoratlari tahlil qilingan. Kasallikning asosiy klinik belgilari, gematologik va serologik ko'rsatkichlari yoritilib, pnevmoniya, ensefalit, gepatit va boshqa og'ir asoratlarning rivojlanish xavfi ko'rib chiqilgan. Kattalarda qizamiqning o'ziga xos kechishini o'rganish kasallikni erta aniqlash, samarali davolash va asoratlarning oldini olishda muhim ahamiyatga ega.
