Abstract: This article analyzes the economic essence of the Just-in-Time (JIT) concept, recognized as one of the most effective tools in modern logistics and manufacturing management, focusing on its role in accelerating capital turnover and minimizing holding costs [4]. Moving beyond the traditional Toyota model, this paper provides a detailed case study of Apple Inc., which successfully adapted JIT principles to the high-tech electronics industry and digital supply chains [5]. The operational reforms executed by Tim Cook and the modern evolution of JIT in the era of digital platforms are comprehensively examined from both theoretical and practical perspectives [8].
