Abstract

This study explores the effectiveness of blended learning as an innovative pedagogical model in higher education. The research analyzes how the integration of traditional face-to-face instruction with online learning environments influences students’ academic achievement, motivation, and engagement. The study involved 130 undergraduate students and 14 instructors, using surveys, classroom observations, and academic performance analysis. The results indicate that students engaged in blended learning environments demonstrated a 27% improvement in academic performance and higher levels of motivation compared to traditional learning groups. The findings confirm that blended learning enhances flexibility, independent learning, and knowledge retention.
