Abstract

The article extensively covers the life and creative work of the great Uzbek poet Mukimi, who lived and worked in the late 19th and early 20th centuries, and his contribution to the development of Uzbek satirical literature. The article analyzes the criticism of the poet's satirical and humorous works of social inequality in society, the bribery of officials, the arrogance of the rich, the hard life of the people, and ignorance. The article also provides detailed information about the role of Mukimi's work in the development of Uzbek satire, his folk style, and the influence he had on the next generation of creators.
