Abstract

This article examines the main types and organizational forms of business activity in modern economic systems. Business plays an important role in the development of society by creating jobs, producing goods and services, and contributing to national income. The article analyzes the essence of business, its objectives, and the characteristics of various business types such as manufacturing, commercial, service, agricultural, and financial businesses. In addition, the organizational forms of business including sole proprietorship, partnership, corporation, cooperative, and limited liability companies are discussed in detail.
