Abstract

Early diagnosis of oncological diseases is one of the most important directions of modern medicine because timely detection significantly increases treatment effectiveness and patient survival rates. This article examines modern methodologies and innovative technologies used in the early diagnosis of cancer. Special attention is paid to liquid biopsy, genomic sequencing, biomarker analysis, artificial intelligence, molecular imaging, nanotechnology, and precision medicine. The study is based on the analysis of contemporary scientific literature, clinical studies, and comparative evaluation of traditional and innovative diagnostic methods. The results demonstrate that advanced technologies improve diagnostic accuracy, enable minimally invasive screening, and support individualized approaches in oncology. Artificial intelligence and molecular-genetic technologies have shown particularly high potential in identifying malignant processes at preclinical stages. Despite existing challenges related to cost, accessibility, and ethical considerations, innovative diagnostic systems are transforming oncology and creating new opportunities for reducing cancer mortality worldwide.
