Abstract

In the modern global economy, digital technologies have become one of the main factors ensuring sustainable economic growth and increasing national competitiveness. The rapid development of information and communication technologies (ICT), electronic commerce, digital financial systems, and internet infrastructure significantly affects macroeconomic indicators. This article examines the impact of digital technologies on economic growth using econometric analysis methods. The research analyzes the relationship between GDP growth and indicators such as internet penetration, ICT investments, digital payment systems, and e-commerce development. Regression analysis, correlation methods, and statistical comparisons were applied during the study. The findings indicate that the expansion of digital technologies positively influences labor productivity, business efficiency, investment attractiveness, and overall economic growth. The article also presents recommendations aimed at improving digital infrastructure and strengthening the digital economy in developing countries, particularly in Uzbekistan.
