Abstract

The rapid development of information technologies has significantly transformed traditional library systems into intelligent digital platforms [1]. Modern libraries require automated systems capable of efficiently managing books, users, borrowing operations, and digital resources. Object-Oriented Programming principles provide a flexible and effective approach for developing such systems [2]. This article examines the development of a smart library system based on Object-Oriented Programming principles including encapsulation, inheritance, polymorphism, and abstraction [3]. The study analyzes the architecture, functional capabilities, advantages, and implementation methods of the system. The research demonstrates that OOP-based smart library systems improve resource management, increase operational efficiency, and simplify user interaction within digital library environments.
