Abstract

The rapid development of digital technologies has significantly increased the volume of generated information in modern society. Large-scale data is continuously produced through social networks, online services, mobile applications, financial systems, healthcare platforms, and industrial technologies [1]. Traditional methods of data processing are no longer sufficient for analyzing such enormous and complex datasets [2]. Therefore, advanced analytical methods and technologies have become essential in modern information systems. This article examines the major methods used for analyzing large-scale data, including machine learning, data mining, distributed computing, predictive analytics, and cloud computing technologies [3][5]. The study also discusses the advantages, practical applications, and challenges associated with these approaches. The research demonstrates that modern big data analysis methods improve decision-making processes, optimize business operations, and support scientific and technological innovation [6].
