Abstract

The development of technical thinking among students has become one of the key priorities in modern higher education due to rapid technological advancement and increasing demands for innovative specialists. Technical thinking enables students to analyze technical situations, solve engineering problems, and apply theoretical knowledge in practical contexts. Traditional educational methods often focus on individual learning processes and may not provide sufficient opportunities for practical interaction and collaborative problem-solving. Therefore, implementing team project activities in educational processes has emerged as an effective strategy for developing technical competencies and higher-order thinking skills.

This study aims to improve the methodology of using team project activities for developing students’ technical thinking. The research examines the influence of collaborative project work on students’ analytical abilities, creativity, communication skills, and practical competencies. The findings indicate that project-based teamwork creates favorable conditions for active learning and enhances students’ ability to solve technical problems through collaborative interaction.
