The rapid development of globalization, technological innovation, and international cooperation has significantly increased the demand for professionals who possess not only technical knowledge but also effective foreign language communication skills. English has become the dominant language of science, technology, business, and professional communication, making it an essential component of vocational education. Consequently, English for Specific Purposes (ESP) has gained considerable importance in technical colleges, where students are prepared for careers in engineering, information technology, healthcare, tourism, business, and other professional fields. Unlike General English, ESP focuses on developing language skills that are directly related to learners' future occupations.
