MICRO-REFLECTION JOURNALS POWERED BY ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE: A LOW-ANXIETY APPROACH TO DEVELOPING ENGLISH AS A SECOND LANGUAGE WRITING SKILLS
Abstract
This conceptual paper explores the potential of AI-powered micro-reflection journals to improve English as a Second Language (ESL) writing while reducing learner anxiety. Short, regular reflective tasks supported by artificial intelligence can encourage vocabulary development, self-regulation, and confidence.
