Abstract

This article provides information about the main causes, clinical symptoms, diagnosis and prevention of stress in school-age children and the psychosomatic diseases that develop as a result. Nowadays, children are increasingly exposed to mental stress. This is due to increased educational workloads, family problems, social pressure and the negative impact of modern technologies. Prolonged stress has a negative impact on the child's mental and physical health, causing headaches, stomachaches, insomnia, neurosis and other psychosomatic diseases. The article discusses ways to create a healthy psychological environment in children, reduce stress and prevent psychosomatic diseases.
