Abstract

This article provides a comprehensive analysis of medical services provided to various types of patients in polyclinics. The paper describes the main aspects of providing services by dividing patients into groups by age, type of disease, method of admission, and special needs. It also discusses the qualifications of polyclinic staff, modern diagnostic methods, effective organizational processes, and the importance of an individual approach to the patient.

The paper analyzes such types of services as preventive examinations of patients, monitoring of chronic diseases, emergency and planned admission, telemedicine, and home care. The article presents strategies aimed at improving the quality of services in polyclinics, improving patient health, and ensuring the effectiveness of medical care.
