Abstract

The immune system is a complex defense mechanism that protects the human body from harmful microorganisms such as bacteria, viruses, and fungi. A strong immune system is essential for preventing diseases, reducing infection risks, and maintaining overall health. In today’s modern lifestyle, many factors such as stress, poor diet, lack of sleep, and physical inactivity can weaken immunity. Therefore, understanding how to strengthen the immune system is very important. This article discusses the main ways to improve immunity, including healthy nutrition, regular exercise, proper sleep, stress control, adequate hydration, and avoiding harmful habits. These factors play a key role in maintaining a strong and effective immune system.
