Abstract

This article discusses infectious diseases and the importance of preventive measures in modern healthcare. The article explains the main types of infectious diseases, their modes of transmission, and their impact on public health. It also highlights key preventive strategies, including vaccination, hygiene practices, sanitation, and public health education. The role of modern medicine and healthcare systems in controlling and preventing infectious diseases is also emphasized.
