EXPERIENCES IN TEACHING ENGLISH USING MOBILE APPLICATIONS

Abstract

This article analyzes the importance, advantages and practical experiences of using mobile applications in the process of teaching English. Mobile technologies serve to make the educational process more interactive, flexible and effective. The role of applications such as Duolingo, Quizlet, Memrise and BBC Learning English in developing students' language skills is highlighted. Also, methods of increasing vocabulary, developing listening comprehension, reading, writing and speaking skills using mobile applications are considered. The results of the study show that the rational use of mobile applications significantly increases the effectiveness of learning English.
