The transition toward digital international trade requires a robust underlying physical infrastructure, yet many emerging markets remain constrained by legacy storage facilities. This article provides a comprehensive macroeconomic and econometric evaluation of how the reliance on outdated warehousing models artificially inflates export prices for local goods originating from the Khorezm region of Uzbekistan. Specifically focusing on the Urgench Trade Hub, the study investigates the severe deficit of Class A and Class B warehouse space and its direct impact on regional supply chain competitiveness. The methodology relies on extensive financial modeling, comparing the traditional, manual storage overhead costs currently prevalent in the region with the projected capital and operational expenditures of fully digitized, automated inventory systems. By utilizing comparative financial projections, the research isolates the specific cost drivers associated with inventory holding, fulfillment bottlenecks, and product shrinkage. The results quantitatively project a dramatic percentage decrease in both aggregate holding costs and physical fulfillment times following digital modernization, demonstrating that automated facilities can compress export preparation timelines from several days to a matter of hours. The discussion synthesizes these findings to argue that the comprehensive structural upgrading of the Urgench logistics hub is not merely an operational improvement, but a mandatory macroeconomic prerequisite for achieving competitive electronic commerce pricing on global platforms. The paper concludes that transitioning from traditional bazaar oriented storage to high performance logistics parks integrated with production supply chains will secure the Khorezm region's position as a critical node in Central Asian digital trade.
