Abstract

Ushbu maqolada IMRAD metodologiyasi asosida disk shakllantirish presslash liniyasida texnologik jarayonni avtomatik boshqarish tizimini yaratish ilmiy tadqiq etilgan. Muammo: an'anaviy boshqaruvda disk geometrik aniqligi ±0,19 mm, brak ulushi 6,4%. Usul: Siemens S7-1500 PLC, SINAMICS S120 servo drayverlar va kaskadli PID (Cohen-Coon: Kp=7,84; Ki=0,096; Kd=14,2) asosida tizim yaratildi. Natija: geometrik aniqlik ±0,02 mm, brak 0,82%. Xulosa: unumdorlik 63,8% oshdi, energiya sarfi 21,3% kamaydi.
